The concrete texture is a lot easier than you might think. I just went here [link] and found the concrete brushes.

On two separate layers, paint one frame of black then one frame of white. Slightly offset them in the direction of the lighting and you get that depth effect. Playing with the opacity and fill will give you different textures, too.

If I knew how to do a tutorial, I suppose I could explain a lot easier...
